Over his 20-year career, Sigoura has spearheaded the development of over 6 million square feet and $10 billion worth of luxury condominiums and upscale residential projects. His experience includes overseeing the ground-up construction of condominium towers such as 109 East 79th Street, as well as the conversion and redevelopment of several landmark properties into ultra-premium residences, such as the iconic Plaza Hotel.

A graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Sigoura's legal training and experience working at the New York City law firm Greenberg Traurig have fortified his strategic mindset and approach to complex real estate transactions. Under his leadership, Legion Investment Group acquires and develops architecturally significant properties across various asset classes. The firm collaborates with leading architecture and design firms, leveraging the collective expertise of the in-house team to source investment opportunities, structure and execute sophisticated deals, and deliver exceptional returns.

Prior to joining Legion, Sean was a principal at Matrix Development, where he led the successful 7 Harrison Street project in Tribeca. He later took on the role of Director of Development at Cape Advisors, overseeing the creation of 110 Charlton Street, a striking 280,000 square foot luxury condominium in West SoHo. A native New Yorker, Sean combines his passion for the city with academic credentials, holding a B.A. in English Literature from Vassar College and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University.

His international experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Construction at Plaza Centers, Co. in Europe, where he managed over 3 million square feet of construction. Dory's academic credentials complement his practical experience, holding a PhD in construction management from the prestigious Technion in Haifa.
